BENOZZO GOZZOLI (1421 - 1497) este un pictor italian renascentist, reprezentant al Picturii Quattrocento si al Scolii Florentine.

Benozzo Gozzoli este renumit inca din timpul vietii ca excelent povestitor, el inregistreaza un real progres pe calea redarii realitatii inconjuratoare, adaptand povestile biblie la realitatea contemporana.
